§ 14. Mr. Wingfield Digbyasked the Minister of Technology when he intends to issue statutory directions to the Atomic Energy Authority setting up a new trading fund for them; and whether he will publish these directions.
§ Mr. CousinsI shall issue a new direction to the Authority before 1st April, 1965, to permit it to retain revenues arising from operations financed by the Trading Fund. No directions to the Authority by a Minister have ever been published and I do not propose to change the practice.
