§ Mr. CallaghanI would refer the hon. Member to the answers given by my right hon. Friend the Minister of Overseas Development to the hon. Members for Dorking (Sir G. Sinclair) and Walthamstow, East (Mr. John Harvey) on 1st June. The Council of O.E.C.D. has since approved the transmission of the recent O.E.C.D. report on the establishment of a multilateral investment insurance scheme to the I.B.R.D. for further study.
