§ Mr. CallaghanThe information is in the following table. The short-term assistance under the $3 billion credit facilities outstanding at the end of April was repaid in full during May. No short-term assistance was received from international organisations, but the table includes amounts drawn from the International Monetary Fund and receipts from Switzerland under parallel arrangements. These fall due in three to five years.
borrowed £174 million from the Public Works Loan Board. This represents 37 per cent. of estimated advances by the Board this year. The corresponding figures for 1964–65 were £33 million and 10 per cent.
