§ Mr. CroslandIn recent years a substantial development of education for management has taken place and progress is being maintained. As I informed the hon. Member yesterday, the establishment of the Business Schools at London and Manchester Universities is going ahead. A new Chair in Industrial Management is being established at the College of Aeronautics, Cranfield. In addition the management departments at a number of major technical colleges and colleges of commerce are being expanded under current building programmes.
