§ Mr. Roy JenkinsIn the event of the reconstruction or amalgamation of a company holding an air service licence, Regulation 16 of the Civil Aviation (Licensing) Regulations, 1964, provides a 28-day period in which a successor company may apply for any such licence to be transferred to its name. Otherwise there is no provision for such transfers between companies.
