§ Mr. John MorrisThere has been a number of cases, but precise figures are not available. Blockages have occurred only sporadically and in limited areas. I am not aware of any explosions which have been caused in this way. The industry is satisfied that the causes of the trouble are known and that adequate remedial measures can be taken quickly where it occurs.
