§ Mr. Tom FraserI learnt with regret about the fatal accident on A.38 near Berkeley Road on the 13th June. It has not yet been established that offset double white lines would be suitable for this section of the road, but I can assure the hon. Member that no practicable measures will be overlooked that would make for its greater safety.
