§ 67. Sir W. Anstruther-Grayasked the Postmaster-General how much has been paid out of public funds over the last four weeks to make good the surcharge on letters sent to him by post inadequately stamped.
§ Mr. BennNothing has been paid out of public funds; but I estimate that if the underpaid mail sent to me during the past four weeks had been surcharged Post Office revenue would have been about £10 greater.
