§ 56. Mr. Chapmanasked the Minister of Overseas Development whether she will provide funds, as has been requested, for summer in-service refresher courses for teachers, and funds for a University Centre in the Colony of Dominica.
§ Mr. OramA grant from C.D. & W. Funds of £3,060 has been approved for a summer vacation course beginning next month. With regard to the provision of funds for a University Centre in Dominica, this request must be considered in relation to the operations of the University of the West Indies as a whole. I hope to do this in the near future.
