3rd-10th March New York and Washington Consultation with the Arms Control and Disarmament Agency, and with United Kingdom Mission to the United Nations.
31st March to 1st April Paris To attend North Atlantic Treaty Organisation Ministerial Meeting.
11th–13th April Helsinki To address Passakivi Society on foreign policy and disarmament.
24th April to 8th May New York To lead United Kingdom Disarmament Delegation at the United Nations Disarmament Commission.
26th May to 5th June Stockholm, Copenhagen and Oslo At invitation of these countries to discuss mutual questions of disarmament policy.
