§ Mr. Cordleasked the Minister of Transport whether he will now introduce legislation to provide that the present discretionary relief in the cost of local transport to national retirement pensioners shall be extended to cover all such persons as a right, in view of the hardship caused in many areas by recent increases in bus fares from outlying areas to town centres.
