§ Mr. WilleyThe Water Resources Board issued a memorandum to river authorities on 19th May, 1965, drawing their attention to the provisions in the Water Resources Act, 1963, relating to hydrometric schemes; outlining what factors need to be considered in preparing such schemes; And giving guidance on the form in which those schemes should be submitted for the Board's approval.
River authority engineers have been invited to meet the Board's director on 30th June to facilitate comments, and to give an opportunity for a fuller exchange of technical and engineering views, on the Board's memorandum.
