HC Deb 04 June 1965 vol 713 cc304-6W
Mr. Ian Lloyd

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what information he has received on the number of companies which stand to benefit, on their present pattern of profit distribution, from the introduction of corporation tax at 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 per cent., and on the total amounts involved, at each level, for all companies so affected.

Mr. MacDermot

The accounts which the Inland Revenue receive for tax purposes are not analysed in such a way as to provide this information.
