§ Mr. T. W. Jonesasked the Secretary of State for Wales what arrangements have been made for giving him advice on water questions.
§ Mr. James GriffithsAfter consultation with the Minister of Land and Natural Resources and the Chairman of the Water Resources Board, a Welsh Committee of the Water Resources Board has been set up consisting of Professor Darby and Dr. Bassett, who are both members of the Board, together with the Chairmen of the seven River Authorities whose areas lie wholly or partly in Wales. The Welsh Committee will consider matters connected with the conservation and use of water resources in Wales and their advice on such matters will be available for my use as well as, of course, the advice of the Water Resources Board as a whole.
