§ Mr. MillanThis land will be sold as soon as possible, some of it by public auction and some to former owners. Of the eight of these, four are interested in repurchasing their previous holdings and will be given the opportunity of doing so, two are not interested and the other two have died and have no successors entitled to be treated as former owners.
