§ Mr. WilleyYes. I propose to appoint a committee to review general policy on allotments in the light of present-day conditions in England and Wales and to recommend what legislative and other changes, if any, are needed.
261WI am glad to say that Professor Harry Thorpe, who is Professor of Geography at Birmingham University, has agreed to serve as Chairman.
