§ 18. Mr. Francis Noel-Bakerasked the Minister of Overseas Development what will be the terms of reference of the economic mission to be sent to Tanzania.
§ Mrs. CastleThe mission's terms of reference as agreed with the Tanzanian Government will be to identify the main obstacles to the implementation of the five year development plan and to recommend to the Tanzanian Government how these obstacles can be removed, with special reference to the contribution which could be made by external technical and economic assistance.
