§ Mr. ThorntonThe percentage rise in the retail prices index between December, 1964 and June, 1965 projected on an annual basis was 6.4. The percentage rises in corresponding six-monthly periods ended in June in the years 1962, 1963 and 1964 similarly projected on an annual basis were 6.5, 3.1 and 6.1, respectively. The percentage increases in the twelve months ended in December in 1962, 1963 and 1964 were 2.6, 1.9 and 4.8, respectively.
