§ Q13. Commander Courtneyasked the Prime Minister if he will instruct the Standing Security Commission to consider the degree to which national security is endangered by the activities of foreigners in this country as indicated by the circumstances outlined in Appendix (1) of Command Paper No. 2722 and to report on the feasibility of implementing the recommendations submitted to the Commission by the hon. Member for Harrow, East, on 4th March, 1965 in assisting to reduce the handicaps at present placed on Her Majesty's Security Service in countering these activities.
