§ Mr. Tom FraserThe route through Lancashire and across the Pennines has been fixed. The adjacent length eastwards between Outlane and Lofthouse in Yorkshire has been the subject of a public inquiry. I have received the inspector's report and shall be announcing my decision shortly. Plans are not yet finalised for the remainder of the route eastwards to the A.1.
