§ Mr. Tom FraserI presume my hon. and learned Friend is referring to waiting periods for driving tests because, except in London, where there have been temporary difficulties, there are no significant delays in issuing driving licences. As regards driving tests, waiting periods generally are longer than I would like. I am doing all I can by intensive recruitment of more examiners, to reduce delays.
