§ Mr. Templeasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what representations he 65W has received about the pressure of work on the staff of the valuation office of the Inland Revenue Department; and what increases there have been in the staff since the beginning of the year.
§ Mr. MacDermotA few letters have been received, chiefly from local authorities about cases of delay. Owing to the general shortage of valuers there has been no increase in the staff since the beginning of the year.
