§ Mr. Tom FraserThe volume of traffic wishing to use the bridge in 1975 will depend upon various factors, including developments in the region and the road patterns at the time. On the information at present available, I estimate that the average daily flow of traffic in 1975 is not likely to exceed half the potential capacity of the bridge.
