§ Mr. HoyMy Department has been in touch with British Rail, which has installed equipment to prevent the seepage of oil from its depot at Newton Abbot. There is still some pollution which may be due to oil draining from soil soaked by86W the seepage which took place before the equipment was installed. I understand that the fishermen have accepted an offer of compensation from British Rail.
