§ Mr. Frederick LeeThe progress that individual gas and electricity boards are making towards fulfilment of their agreed financial obligations will be made clear in the annual reports and accounts they will be publishing in the autumn. I make no distinction between gas and electricity in the importance I attach to the boards' endeavouring to achieve their agreed objectives.
