§ Mr. Snowasked the Minister of Health whether he will reconsider his decision not to provide an invalid tricycle for Mr. E. Chapman of 20 Chestall Road, Gentleshaw, Staffs., who has suffered the amputation of a leg as a result of an accident while working underground at Cannock Wood Colliery.
§ Mr. LoughlinMr. Chapman's case has been carefully considered on a number of occasions, and I regret that I can find no grounds for reversing the decision reached.
