§ Mr. Rowlandasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if he will investigate such allegations made to him of malpractice in the recent Basutoland elections as are not connected with the pending election petitions.
§ Mrs. WhiteI think it will be better to consider the allegations as a whole after the petitions have been disposed of.
