§ Mr. Roy JenkinsWork on the Organisation's initial programme to develop a three stage satellite launcher is continuing in the countries of Member States. The flight trials of the first stage of the launcher (Blue Streak) have been satisfactorily completed. In addition to work on the initial programme, the Organisation is carrying out a series of project studies in order to define programmes that might be undertaken in the future.
