§ Mr. K. RobinsonI have already informed the House, in reply to a Question on 17th May from my hon. Friend the Member for Willesden, West (Mr. Pavitt), of my decision in relation to London, that further designations of non-teaching hospitals as parts of teaching hospital groups are right in principle when they will improve hospital services in the area and conform with the responsibility of boards of governors for clinical teaching.
