§ Mr. LoughlinLocal authorities are responsible for ensuring that the requirements of the Food Hygiene (General) Reguations 1960 are observed. If my hon. Friend will provide details of any case that has come to his notice where he thinks improvement is called for, I will arrange for the appropriate authority to be informed.
