§ Mr. JayAt a meeting on 17th June the President of the Chartered Institute of Patent Agents gave his views on the future location of the Patent Office. I took these fully into account before reaching the conclusion announced in the reply I gave on 13th July to a Question by my hon. and learned Friend the Member for Crewe (Mr. Scholefield Allen).
