§ The Attorney-GeneralThe Director of Public Prosecutions has now completed his examination of this report. Detective-Sergeant Challenor has been found unfit to plead by the courts and in these circumstances no question of criminal proceedings arises. The Director of Public Prosecutions has decided that he would not be justified in instituting criminal proceedings against anyone else on the basis of the report.
