§ Sir F. SoskiceThe Report of the Committee, to whose members I am much indebted, has been published today as a Command Paper. I shall give careful consideration both to the Report and to any comments I may receive from those affected by its recommendations. I cannot forecast when it will be possible to introduce legislation.
