§ Mr. DiamondA copy of the communiqué was sent on request to the Library of the House of Commons at about 1 p.m. on Thursday, 1st July, and the full text was circulated in the OFFICIAL REPORT for 1st July (cols.837–8). The full text was also available through the normal Press sources. For the general practice in this matter I would refer the hon.
