§ Mr. PeartThis useful Report was made to the Agricultural Central Co-operative Association and not to me. It would therefore be inappropriate for me to make a statement. It is however being taken into account in the consideration I am giving to further measures to promote agricultural co-operation in accordance with paragraphs 9 and 13 of the last Annual Review White Paper.
