§ Mr. Adam Hunterasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what is the waiting period for those in need of orthopedic treatment in the Dunfermline West Fife Hospital; and if he is satisfied that this hospital service is adequate.
§ Mr. RossWaiting periods for non-urgent cases have varied from one to five years but patients in urgent need of treatment are admitted as soon as is clinically necessary. I am not satisfied that this service is adequate and look forward to an improvement in 1966 when additional beds are expected to become available for orthopædics in Dunfermline.
