§ 77. Mr. Braineasked the Minister of Transport whether, in view of increasing traffic congestion in Rochford, he will now authorise the necessary grant so that an 68W early start may be made on the construction of a bypass road.
§ Mr. Tom FraserI have asked the Essex County Council for a revised application for grant giving an up-to-date estimate of cost. I will consider the question of grant when I have received the application.
