§ Mr. OramWe are following up through Commonwealth education channels the recommendation made at the Commonwealth Education Conference at Ottawa last autumn that there should be a Commonwealth Technical Teacher Training Plan and the suggestion that there should be a Conference of experts on technical education, but I am, not yet in a position to report progress.
