§ Mr. Carlisleasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science how long the Helsby Secondary Modern School has now been closed; what was the date on which work commenced to alter the school into a primary school; and on what date it is expected the school will be re-opened as a primary school.
§ Mr. CroslandThe Helsby Secondary School closed in July, 1964. I understand that conversion of the building for primary use is expected to start next month and be completed in time for the primary school to open in January, 1966.
