SoskiceBy virtue of the House of Commons (Redistribution of Seats)266W Act, 1958, the Boundary Commissions for England, Wales and Northern Ireland are required to submit their next general reports between November, 1964 and November, 1969. Within these limits the Commissions have discretion when to start a general review. All three Commissions, in the exercise of their discretion, have given notice this week of their intention to commence forthwith general reviews of constituencies in their respective areas.
