Mr. Ian Lloydasked the Minister of Transport whether he will cause an inquiry to be held into the accident involving the death of two children on the Havant Road, Port9+8smouth, on 9th February; and whether, pending the outcome of this inquiry, he will take steps to increase the number of pedestrian crossings between Cosham and Havant.
