§ Mr. Frederick LeeThe Board's investment programme for 1965–66 was approved by my predecessor. I have had a general talk with the Chairman about the Board's capital investment and, in accordance with the normal procedure, I shall shortly be receiving the Board's annual statement of its plans for investment in the years ahead.
