§ Mr. MayhewTenders to build a large warship are invited from all shipbuilders who have the necessary facilities and experience, and want to be considered. As to a new aircraft carrier, I would refer the hon. Member to the replies given to him by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Defence on 23rd and 30th November.
