Mr. Bostonasked the First Secretary of State and Secretary of State for Economic Affairs if he is aware that the Isle of Sheppey was left out of the South-East Study by the last Government although representations for its inclusion 113W as an area for major expansion had been made by Kent County Council, the three island local authorities and the island development committee; and to what extent his policy for the area will differ from that of the previous administration.
