§ Mr. CrossmanSo far as I know there was no leakage of the main essentials of my statement, namely, the size and location of the new town, the names of towns to be expanded and the number of people involved. A statement on this subject had been generally expected for some time, and newspapers seem to have based their anticipations on the South-East Study.
