§ Captain Kerbyasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food how many judgments have been obtained by the Potato Marketing Board in each of the last three years against registered potato producers in the Oxford County Court and in other English courts, respectively.
§ Mr. HoyI understand from the Potato Marketing Board that this information is not readily available and that it could not be obtained without a disproportionate expenditure of time and effort. I gather, however, that virtually all cases are taken in the Oxford County Court, as this aspect of the work is dealt with in the Board's Oxford office, and that very few have been taken elsewhere during the last three years.
