§ The Prime MinisterAs I said in my statement on 4th February, the details of the scheme are being worked out by a Committee under the Chairmanship of His Royal Highness Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh. The noble Lord will realise that the scheme covers achievements in the technological field, and it is here that our main hopes of reducing imports of manufactured goods must be realised.
