§ Mr. George ThomsonHer Majesty's Government support the proposed24W enlargement of the Security Council and are considering the question of ratifying the 1963 Resolution of the General Assembly, which proposed the Charter amendments necessary to enlarge the Council. This Resolution called for ratification only by 1st September, 1965. There is, therefore, still ample time.
