§ 81. Mr. Hoosonasked the Attorney-General whether he will introduce legislation to ensure that, in all courts of law when cases are cited in court against litigants in person, copies of the report cited should be made available for their consideration.
§ The Attorney-GeneralNo. I have no reason to think that adequate facilities are not made available to litigants in person as a matter of the ordinary practice of the courts and in these circumstances I do not consider that legislation dealing with the matter is necessary.
