§ Mr. HoughtonAs I have already told the House, the Government will welcome any representations or views which organisations or individuals care to send in. As the review proceeds, Ministers may invite certain bodies to give their views on particular issues. Representations should be addressed in the first instance to the Minister in charge of the department concerned.
